We offer two delivery methods to our customers. We will either ship from the warehouse with UPS or we can ship with via the Post Office. Selecting USPS (Post Office) could delay your shipment 1-2 days as drop shipping from the warehouse is not available. Store pickups are available for our customers in the local Detroit area.

If you live outside the US we CAN NOT mark your order as a gift on the customs form or list it at a lower value than the actual purchase value. Misrepresentation on a Customs Form is mail fraud and a federal criminal offense. Please DO NOT ask us to do so. Depending on your location, you may also need to pay a customs fees when you receive the package and these fees ARE NOT included in our shipping prices.

Please send an e-mail to info@airridefittings.com to get an authorization for an exchange. The authorization email will include instructions on how to return your items. A new order must be placed for the correct items. Replacement items will be shipped as soon as the payment has cleared. Refunds for the return items will be awarded once the items have been received and inspected. Shipping is not refundable. Please note that the original shipping cost willl be deducted from the refund, even if free shipping was offered.
Returns
Please send an e-mail to info@airridefittings.com to get an authorization for a return. Your account will be credited for the amount of purchase upon receipt of the item(s) or you may select to received a monetary refund via the same method as the original order was paid with. Shipping is not refundable. Please note that the original shipping cost willl be deducted from the refund, even if free shipping was offered.
Exchange / Return Conditions
We will be happy to work with you within thirty (30) days if your purchase was not correct or if you are not happy with your order. However we are unable to accept returns on installed fittings or damaged fittings. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding your order.
